The data is already private
Clinical archives, enterprise repos and operational records were built inside institutions that never put them online, so no crawler has touched them. Reaching that data means finding the owner, negotiating rights and signing a contract, one institution at a time.
Reasoning has to be written down
Scraped text carries the conclusion without the working. A radiologist reaches a differential in her head, then writes down the diagnosis alone, so the reasoning behind it never reaches the record. Our network pays experts to sit down and write out the reasoning itself.
Compliance is what opens the door
The data worth training on carries the strictest obligations, which narrows the field of who can license it. A hospital or a bank signs with the counterparty that strips identifiers at source, attaches provenance to every record and accepts audit rights in the contract.

Every record traces back to an owner who signed for it. If there is a single gap in the chain of custody, the data does not ship. No exceptions.

Nothing ships until we and the owner agree on scope, exclusivity, and permitted model classes, and we enforce it downstream long after delivery.
